Community Impact Poster Series
A series of event posters designed for LISC Virginia to support relationship building with funders and community members at a local gallery event. Each piece translates complex community investment data into visually compelling narratives: combining bold statistics, photography and clear messaging to spark meaningful conversations about LISC's impact across major program areas.
Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® lobbyists have been trying to have 1031 like-kind exchanges recognized in the state for years. On June 8, 2022, nearly 175 Pennsylvania Realtors® met with more than 80 legislators to encourage them to recognize 1031 like-kind exchanges in the commonwealth.
The goal of this print piece was to take a complex topic and make it an easily digestible overview. It needed a bold truth on the front cover to catch the lawmaker’s attention and featured icons, statistics and quotes in bo to help break up a text-heavy layout.
Late in the evening of July 8, Gov. Tom Wolf signed the tax code into law (Act 53) including recognition of 1031 like-kind exchanges. This leave-behind was cited by many in the legislature for helping to make a complex issue easy to understand.
